We ought to call this one bourbon-squared...but we'll just go with delicious!!!
Ingredients
* 1 cup pancake mix
* 3/4 cup water
* Small amount of sugar (to taste)
* Small amount of vanilla extract (to taste)
* Small amount of ground cinnamon (to taste)
* 1.5 oz bourbon (your favorite)
* Diced strawberries (to taste)
Directions
Pre-heat non-stick cooking surface (griddle, pan, skillet, etc.)
Stir ingredients into bowl
Hold out a portion of strawberries for topping
Pour desited pancake size portion on cooking surface...and finish
Add topping of STF Bourbon Barrell Aged Maple Syrup
Add portion of strawberries as extra topping
...and enjoy!
